Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on experience in welding, assembly, fabrication, construction, or mechanical work.
• Comfortable with hand tools and power tools.
• Able to read basic technical drawings (or eager to learn).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and prep materials for welding per specifications.
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Set up welding equipment and stage materials to support welders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean and safe.
• Document any deviations from standard processes.
• Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.
