Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Welding Pipefitting Technician in Blair, Nebraska. The role includes layout, fabrication, and installation of piping systems, plus welded work on tanks and vessels.

Expect to work 4 ten-hour days or a 4/5 schedule, with a wage range shown and company-paid benefits starting day one. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, welding certification, and 0–2+ years in industrial pipe fitting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree in Welding preferred but not required.
• 0-2+ years of Industrial Pipe Fitting and Pipe Welding experience; Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on tanks, vessels, piping and structural systems.
• Layout and fabricate piping systems; install valves and related piping equipment.
• Weld components in various positions; interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain tool inventory; support on-site safety programs.
