Fairbanks Morse Engine in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder Operator Setup to join a skilled manufacturing team. You will perform welding on large-scale components, starting on 1st shift for training and transitioning to 2nd shift after.
Strong blueprints reading and precision are essential to meet strict quality standards. Qualified candidates will have welding experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Perform assigned welding functions using a variety of welding procedures.
This position is assigned to 2nd shift after training is completed. Training will be conducted on 1st shift, followed by transition to 2nd shift assignment.
