Flex-N-Gate LLC is seeking a Welder to perform MIG welding of component parts and assemblies in our Urbana, IL manufacturing facility. You will set up welding equipment, position parts in fixtures, and inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards.

The job requires adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes precision, reliability, and teamwork while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Welding certification is a plus, but not required.

Summary

The Welder is responsible for MIG welding component parts and assemblies to produce finished products that meet company and customer quality standards. This role involves setting up welding equipment, positioning parts in fixtures, inspecting completed welds, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform MIG welding on component parts and assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards
