Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Worker to support our operations through heavy equipment assembly, troubleshooting, welding, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble heavy equipment and machinery according to specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on mechanical components.
  • Use welding equipment to fabricate, repair, or modify parts as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical manuals.
  • Operate forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and parts in the warehouse.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training.
  • 2+ years of experience in equipment assembly, mechanical work, or welding.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Experience with MIG/TIG or stick welding strongly preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing, bending, and handling heavy materials.
  • Ability to safely use power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery.
