Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading Tier 1 supplier, is seeking a 1st shift Machine Repair Technician at our Bridgton, MO plant. You will inspect, install, and repair production machinery and tooling, while following safety procedures and documenting downtime in Plex.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of machine repair experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; English literacy required.
• Minimum 2 years of machine repair experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics experience.
• Basic welding and robotics controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install and repair production machinery and tools per procedures.
• Document downtime codes in Plex system.
• Perform preventative maintenance and update schedules under guidance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; participate in continuous improvement.
• Operate safety protocols and use common hand tools; rotate duties as needed.
• Support plant flow and assist other shifts as required.
