Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, install and repair production machinery and tools. You will work on welding, grinding, lifting, and robotic systems while documenting downtime and maintenance in Plex.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continual improvement on our Bridgton, MO plant floor. The position requires at least two years in machine repair across mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics, with basic robotics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two years of machine repair experience (mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• Basic understanding of robotic controls and processes.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to document work using Plex.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures while servicing or maintaining equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools.
• Document downtime codes and work orders in Plex.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Complete and manage work orders; participate in preventative maintenance.
