Job summary

Jennmar Services in Graysville, PA is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant. Competitive pay, performance-based raises, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career opportunities are offered in a stable, growing industry.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) and overtime; candidates must pass background, drug, alcohol, and hair follicle testing, and complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided).

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a background in welding/maintenance.
• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed).
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery.
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided).
