Job summary

Jennmar Services is hiring for Welder/Maintenance Technician roles at the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. The positions offer room to grow, competitive pay, and benefits with long-term career opportunities.

The job involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plant machinery; performing welding and torching; supporting general maintenance while following MSHA safety requirements; and complying with background checks and drug screening where required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a background in welding/maintenance.
• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed).
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery.
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided).
