Role: Welding Machine Sales Manager
We are seeking a technically knowledgeable, bilingual (Mandarin and English) Welding Machine Sales Manager to expand Bodorlaser’s market presence in the U.S. for automated welding equipment. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace.
The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, excellent business communication and interpersonal skills, and basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. A successful candidate must manage relationships with new and existing clients, provide technical product information, and work collaboratively with internal teams across different time zones, especially during the sales cycle. Candidates are expected to have 2–10 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the machine tool or manufacturing industry.

This is a fully remote position, but frequent travel to visit customers in the assigned region is required. Relocation is required if located outside of these areas.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for commissions and bonuses based on sales performance. The total compensation package can significantly exceed the base salary, with estimated annual earnings between $100,000 and $150,000.
