Qualifications

• Must have post-secondary or industry certificate/diploma/degree or relevant license in Welding Fabrication/Technology.
• Six months teaching/tutoring experience in Welding at the high school level or above.
• Two years of work experience Welding.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Welding & Fabrication program in lab.
• Demonstrate correct use of equipment and safety practices to students.
• Repair and maintain equipment and ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies to promote student success.
