Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Welding Integrity and Piping Quality Program Lead to steward ASME and AWS piping QA/QC programs across field and shop sites. You will manage ITPs, QCPs, and NDE, and lead NDE coordination with owners and inspectors to ensure leak-free, on-spec systems.

Experience in ASME B31.1/31.3 and API 570 preferred, with a strong background in welding inspection, joint tracking, and material traceability. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years QA/QC in industrial piping construction/fabrication.
• 5+ years supervisory QC experience on union jobs.
• AWS CWI required; ASME Inspector qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and control ITPs, QCPs, WPSs, and PQRs; manage NCRs, CAR/PAR actions, and records retention.
• Qualify welders/operators per ASME IX and AWS D1.1/D1.6; coordinate lab testing and NDE.
• Lead NDE coordination and acceptance; review reports to close out packages.
• Plan and execute hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak, and functional testing in the field.
