Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machinery (e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators.
• Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products, following safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.
