Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Denver, CO, seeks a Welding Instructor to join our Welding program. You will teach Welding Technologies using our accredited curriculum and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, focusing on safety and skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on welding training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety procedures and industry standards in the welding field.
• Foster professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Assess student performance and provide clear feedback on progress.
• Prepare students for successful and in-demand careers in welding.
