Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable welding industry experience.
• Ability to teach both classroom and hands-on instruction.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience teaching adults in vocational or technical settings preferred.
• AWS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on shop instruction in accordance with curriculum.
• Supervise students during lab activities to ensure safety.
• Evaluate student progress through demonstrations and assessments.
• Maintain attendance and performance records.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
• Report equipment needs and safety concerns to administration.
