Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years welding industry experience.
• AWS CWI certification and pipe/structural welding certificates.
• Broad knowledge of welding procedures, specs, codes, and metallurgy.
• Proficient computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture, laboratory and clinical instruction per curriculum.
• Maintain daily lesson plans and monitor attendance as required.
• Assess and grade assignments, provide timely feedback to students.
• Advise students on policies and performance; assist during office hours.
• Maintain equipment inventory and order supplies; ensure safe lab operations.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to meet accreditation standards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and participate in committees as needed.
