You’ll bring real-world expertise to the classroom, mentor students on projects, and help develop curricula that stay current with industry trends.

This role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and practical problem solving. You will work in a dynamic shop environment, delivering engaging demonstrations, and partnering with colleagues

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical welding experience.
• Technical: MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored welding, oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting and brazing.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

Position Overview

As a Welding Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in the industry will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries.
