Job summary

LNS, LLC seeks a welding instructor to teach entry-level welding to youth aged 16-24 in a continuous open enrollment program in North Carolina. Candidates should be proficient in oxy/fuel cutting, plasma cutting, SMAW and GMAW, with working knowledge of FCAW and GTAW being helpful.

A self-starter with reliable attendance and punctuality is required. Prior teaching experience is helpful but not required, as the role fosters growth through hands-on instruction and a structured curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Oxy/Fuel cutting and plasma cutting.
• Experience with SMAW and GMAW.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain good attendance.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
