The position offers high-level technical exposure, broad QA/QC responsibilities, and the opportunity to serve as a technical leader in an established construction and inspection organization, with approximately 5% travel.

  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to address technical questions, clarify requirements, and support successful project delivery.
  • Work a variable schedule and travel as required (approximately 5%), including to construction and inspection sites.
  • Participate in team and leadership activities, contributing technical expertise and supporting continuous improvement in inspection processes.
Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, including familiarity with quality audits and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technicians, project teams, and clients.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and training to Level I and Level II technicians in NDT and welding inspection.
  • Willingness and ability to work various shifts and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
  • Willingness to travel at least 5% of the time to support field and site-based inspection activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
