Job summary

Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is hiring a Welder/Grinder to fabricate and finish metal components for stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals. You will use MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to meet project specs in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires experience with various welding equipment, the ability to read technical drawings, and strong time-management. Certification is a plus in a company with a long-standing, drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding equipment and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Professional Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weld/Grind stairs, rails and miscellaneous metals.
• MIG, TIG, and Stick Weld.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
