CyberCoders, Inc. seeks an experienced Sanitary Stainless Welding Foreman to lead installation crews on sanitary process piping and equipment projects. You will manage field installations, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with customers and engineering teams to deliver on schedule.

The role requires a strong background in sanitary stainless welding, process piping, and fluid processing environments, with leadership and travel to local and out-of-state sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sanitary stainless pipe/tube fitting and welding.
• Ability to read process piping drawings and isometrics.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary stainless welding and piping.
• Experience with TIG sanitary purge welding and carbon steel welding.
• Experience leading field installation projects and crews.

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Sanitary Stainless Welding Foreman to lead installation crews on sanitary process piping and equipment projects. This role is responsible for managing field installations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining job site safety, coordinating with customers and engineering teams, and delivering projects on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitary stainless welding, process piping, and fluid processing environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sanitary stainless pipe/tube fitting and welding.
• Ability to read and interpret process piping drawings, isometrics, and installation layouts.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel pipe fabrication and sanitary tube fitting techniques.
• Experience with TIG sanitary purge welding and carbon steel pipe welding.
• 5+ years of experience installing process equipment and leading field installation projects.
• Experience supervising and coordinating multiple welders, fitters, and installers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
• Willingness to travel for both local and out-of-state projects.
