Job summary

Geringhoff is seeking welder/fabricators to fabricate and weld steel components in Saint Cloud, MN. This full-time position uses blueprints and work instructions, with a 7am–3:30pm schedule and potential overtime. The role requires a welding diploma or 1–2 years in the field, and the ability to pass a 1G V-Groove weld in MIG and TIG.

Qualifications

• Welding diploma or 1–2 years welding/fabrication experience required.
• Ability to pass 1G V-Groove weld in MIG and TIG processes.
• Basic blueprint reading and ability to operate fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel components using fixturing, work instructions and blueprints.
• Coordinate with Head of Fabrication and Welding on needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive 5S workplace.
• Follow safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules.
• Perform other tasks as needed by department head.
