Job summary

Hanes Supply, Inc. is seeking experienced welders/fabricators to join a team delivering steel fabrication, welding, and cutting with FCAW and GMAW processes.

This full-time role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and inspection protocols in a busy shop environment in Buffalo, NY. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of welding experience or training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum 3 months welding experience or technical welding training.
• Ability to read and follow shop drawings or specifications.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety procedures and instructions while performing duties.
• Weld using FCAW and GMAW processes and prepare welds with grinders.
• Read shop drawings to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
• Layout, position, align, and secure parts; drill holes per drawings as required.
• Document product IDs and sign off on completed work and inspections.
• Support load tests and record results; report issues to management.
• Collaborate in team environment and participate in continuous improvement.
