Job summary

H&S Fence & Supply in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Shop Manager to lead our manufacturing operation. You will guide the shop team, keep production moving, support design and pricing of custom projects, and drive manufacturing improvements.

Candidates should have strong welding/steel fabrication background, shop-management experience, proficiency in SolidWorks or CAD, and a solid grasp of cost estimation, material takeoffs, and production efficiency.
