Job summary

H&S Fence & Supply is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our weld shop team, producing heavy-duty agricultural products such as gates, panels, feeders, and livestock equipment.

You will MIG weld, fit from drawings, and cut, notch, drill, and prepare steel, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contributing to daily production goals with pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable reading shop drawings, measurements, and jigs.
• Able to produce clean, strong, consistent welds.
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Works efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Mechanically minded and good at solving problems.
• Takes care of tools and equipment.
• Works well as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone who can build quality products efficiently and consistently and takes pride in their work.
