Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead welding and fabrication projects from concept through final completion, including brand new builds and renovations ranging from $10K to $200K.

You will develop comprehensive quotes and estimates, follow up to secure new work, oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and complete accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing welding and fabrication projects.
• BS Degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial concept through final completion, encompassing brand new builds and renovations ranging from $10K to $200K.
• Develop comprehensive quotes and estimates, and proactively follow up to secure new project work.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain project alignment and accountability.
• Drive project tracking and budget management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
