Job summary

Holland LP is seeking a maintenance/welding technician to disassemble, service, and repair welding equipment under the Annual PM program. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality and reliability of Holland equipment.

Responsibilities include hydraulic system maintenance, manifold building, and testing, with emphasis on safety and adherence to Holland policies. Requires 3 years welding experience and ability to read blueprints, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years welding experience is needed.
• Ability to air arc and read mechanical drawings or BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, service and reassemble machinery components to serviceable condition.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and mechanical systems per PM directives.
• Build hydraulic manifolds and assemble components for testing.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist technicians and engineers in equipment testing and improvements.
