Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in welding equipment maintenance.
• Skills in PLC troubleshooting, ideally with Allen Bradley platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair welding systems including robotic welders.

Welding Equipment Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location : Arlington, TX

Pay : 29.00 / hr (1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM)

29.50 / hr (2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM)

Schedule : Temp-to-Hire | Current Schedule Includes 50–60 Hours / Week (Plenty of OT!)

We’re hiring Welding Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing operation in Arlington, TX . Whether you prefer early mornings or later shifts, we’ve got openings on both 1st and 2nd shift . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay, real growth potential, and the chance to work on some of the most advanced welding systems out there.

What You’ll Be Doing

Keep the machines running and the sparks flying—maintain and repair welding systems, including robotic welders (Motoman preferred).

Jump into hands-on welding and fabrication tasks when equipment repairs require it.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues—especially with PLC systems (Allen Bradley) .

What You Bring to the Table

2–5 years of maintenance and equipment setup experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience maintaining and operating welding equipment

Solid skills in PLC troubleshooting and basic programming , ideally with Allen Bradley platforms..

Comfortable working in high-temperature or noisy environments, on ladders, and under pressure.

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to production needs.

Nice to Have

Experience with Motoman robotic welders.

Familiarity with CMMS platforms or digital maintenance tracking tools.

Knowledge of safety codes, compliance procedures, and Lean manufacturing concepts.

Pay Details : 29.00 to 29.50 per hour
