Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize welding procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for welding defects.
• Evaluate and select appropriate welding equipment, consumables, and automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to welding technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations for welding operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in welding engineering within a manufacturing environment.
