Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or 10+ years of applicable work experience.
• Strong background in FANUC MIG WELDING preferred.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management and machine automation.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support welding and joining equipment.
• Conduct Weld Excellence training programs.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.
• Analyze workforce utilization and design layout for efficiency.
• Design and assist in fabrication and installation.
