Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of field experience in Pipe/Structural Welding with MIG/TIG/STICK/FCAW processes.
• Experience with Safety and compliance in welding environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and industry standards.
• Support student growth and professionalism.
• Motivate and engage students for active learning.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress.
• Prepare students for welding careers.
