Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with construction welding inspections.
- 2 years of experience in coating inspections and structural bolting inspections.
- Must be AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
- NDT personnel must be qualified to ASNT.
- Coating inspection must have NACE Level I or SSPC certification.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and report on construction projects for compliance.
- Perform welding inspections for steel fabrication.
- Test coating systems and various bolting methods.
- Monitor contractor's quality system.
- Ensure safety plans are adhered to.
