Wedlake Enclosure Systems in Tulsa, OK is hiring Assembler/Welders to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role assists with welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components, helping ensure safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years welding, fabrication, or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components.
• Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation).
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Support material handling and positioning (training provided).
• Conduct visual weld checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
