Wedlake Enclosure Systems in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assembler/Welder to support welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components. You will help ensure safe, efficient production on 1st or 2nd shift in a team-focused environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly experience who want to grow into a skilled trades career, with on-the-job training and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components
• Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation)
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Support material handling and positioning (training provided)
• Conduct visual weld checks and report defects
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
