Job summary

Spherion is hiring a Machine Operator in Burgettstown, PA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay rate is $19.00 USD per hour.

As a Machine Operator you will weld and assemble products using a machine, enter production data, load and unload the equipment, and monitor quality. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and about 24 months of related experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or welding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ~2 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or welding.
• Physical ability for moderate lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble products using a machine.
• Enter production data into the machine.
• Load and unload the machine.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
