On-site work requires long hours with on-call availability, ensuring adherence to API standards and quality procedures. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to learn welding techniques and follow procedures
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work long hours/on-call
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and good communication

Responsibilities

• Follow all HS&E, Quality, and IT policies.
• Wear PPE and maintain safety certifications.
• Learn welding procedures, blueprints, API standards under supervision.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; assist with welding, fabrication, and repair.
• Complete safety assessments before starting work and report hazards.
• Develop welding skills through on-the-job training; prepare for Welder role.
• Produce accurate job documentation and production records.
• Operate welding equipment safely to support shop operations.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
