Marathon Electric, LLC in Wausau, WI is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. Welders work to customer specifications with Safety and Quality as top priorities. The role involves welding body frames, rings, and feet, and reading blueprints.

Formación

• Ability to follow established procedures for safety, quality and general assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Higher degree from a technical school is a plus.
• Certified welder - MIG, TIG, wire feed, aluminum and steel, preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management.
• Basic computer literacy, preferred
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Tack weld body frames and rings.
• Weld body frame, rings, and feet.
• Stack rotor laminations onto arbors and weld laminations.
• Blueprint reading and following job specs.
• Inspect procedures of the entire productions cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned
