Job summary

Marathon Staffing Group is seeking experienced welders for a local Chattanooga manufacturing team. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and on-the-job support across all shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Welders should have MIG welding experience with pulse voltage, be able to read blueprints, and may assist with jig welding as needed. Weekly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, overtime, and career advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• MIG welding using a pulse voltage.
• Ability to read blueprints for fabrication.
• JIG fabricators assist with tack welding and groundwork for finish welds.

Responsibilities

• Performs welding and fabrication tasks as assigned.
• Contributes to overall quality and finishes of welded parts.

Skills and Requirements:

• Custom fabrication will demand the ability to read blueprints
• JIG fabricators will do more tack welding, laying the groundwork for the finish welders to "pretty up".
• Performs other duties as assigned
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Pay rates are dependent on shift and assignment.
