Ranew's in Milner, GA is seeking EXPERIENCED Fabricators and MIG Welders to join our production team. The role features a Full-Time Weekend shift, with starting pay $18–$25 per hour based on experience.

You will weld metal components using MIG, operate related tools, read blueprints and tape measures, and work safely in a fast-paced shop environment. Minimum 2 years of welding experience and reliable teamwork are required.

• Operate grinders, band saws, handheld torch and plasma cutter.
• Read a tape measure (imperial/metric) and blueprints.
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work for accuracy and defects.

Location: Milner, GA
Salary: $18 - $25 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Welder Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Weld metal components using the MIG welding process.
• Able to operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch and plasma cutter, and other welding related tools.
• Be able to lift heavy objects of 50-100lbs frequently.
• Experience using overhead crane and forklifts to move heavy large objects.
• Must be able to read a tape measure standard and metric (Applicant while be asked to do so in the interview).
• Be able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Able to take instruction from supervisor written or verbal.
• Must work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and defects.
• Must be reliable with good time management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
