Job Requirements include:

• Working with various elements of steel fabrication and welding
• Perform assigned tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency
• Must have a working knowledge of metal materials and mechanical aptitude
• Safe use of both hand and power tools
• Have a valid driver’s license and a solid attendance record
• Pass a welding test and own a welding helmet
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely, read a tape measure, and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere through actions and communication
• Follow all safe work practices
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and a background check

Experience:

• 2-3 years MIG welding and/or fabrication experience
• Prior carbon steel welding, grinding, and cutting experience
• Welding certificates a plus but not required
• Component assembly and operating metal fabrication equipment including saws, drills, and grinders associated with steel fabrication
