Craftsmen Industries, Inc. in St. Charles, MO is seeking Welders/Fabricators for 1st and 2nd shifts.

You will assist in manufacturing and assembly of custom trailers, displays and vehicles, reading blueprints, and following safety procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship. The role requires basic trade knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with welding or carpentry experience are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; basic trade knowledge; willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints; knowledge of measurement tools.
• Must be safety-conscious with good housekeeping; able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with construction and repair tasks of custom trailers, displays, and vehicles under supervision.
• Follow verbal instructions to meet project specifications, quality, and timelines.
• Read blueprints or written instructions and prepare materials accordingly.
• Operate and maintain basic tools; keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate ideas and observations to Team Leads and peers to improve efficiency.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
