Job summary

Schedule is 1st shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with mandatory overtime through 3:30 PM. Ideal candidates have welding/fabrication experience, MIG welding preferred, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required.
• MIG welding experience strongly preferred.
• Welding or fabrication certification is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
