The positions are full-time on the 1st shift with daytime hours and competitive hourly pay between $24 and $34, depending on experience, certifications, and skill level. We welcome recent welding-school graduates and experienced welders who can read blueprints, perform MIG/TIG/spot welds, and contribute to metal fabrication projects in a professional shop.
Qualifications
- Experience with MIG/TIG welding and fabrication.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Weld components per blueprints and specs.
- Perform quality checks and fit parts.
- Prepare materials and operate fabrication equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
