Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 2–5 years welding experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Welds per drawings and specs.
• Plans and produces metal forms, fixtures and clamps.
• Regulates equipment per job needs.
• Cleans and prepares surfaces for welding.
• Sets up, assembles, and tack welds parts.
• Cuts material to size using burning equipment.
• Welds components to fabricate or repair per blueprints.
• Performs gas welding, brazing, arc welding, and thermal cutting as needed.
• Passes required tests to meet gov/industry standards.
• Maintains a safe, quality-focused work environment.
