NOW HIRING: WELDERS AND WELDER HELPERS

We’re looking for a skilled Welder and eager Welder Helper to bring their passion and craftsmanship to our team! As a Welder, you’ll work on exciting projects, welding everything from structures to equipment, while ensuring quality and safety. As a Helper, you’ll assist with setup, cleanup, and support welding operations, learning from the best.

-MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR POSITIONS-

Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts together according to blueprints or specifications
• Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and applying flux or filler metal
• Operate welding machines, such as arc welders, gas welders, and resistance welders
• Monitor welding parameters, such as temperature and current
• Inspect welds to ensure they are of high quality and meet specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a welder or welder helper
• Proficient in arc welding, gas welding, and resistance welding
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST be able to travel
