Responsibilities
  • Comply with company and site safety rules.
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively to perform job functions.
  • Support different products and areas as needed to support business operations.
  • Train new employees or those learning new work areas according to work instructions and standards.
  • Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
  • Assist with robotic welding equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or relevant certification.
  • Internal written and physical weld test.
  • Understanding of welding fundamentals.
  • Basic welding experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of MIG welding equipment.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to talk, hear, use hands to manipulate objects, stand, and walk. Occasionally required to stoop, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift up to 50 pounds. The role involves computer-based work with periods of sitting, requiring close vision and focus adjustment. Occasional travel may be required.
