Job summary

Inventive Group in Mountain Home, Idaho is seeking a Welder Trainee to join our production team. This hands-on, entry-level role offers mentorship under an experienced welder and a path to becoming independent on the floor.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. No welding experience required; high school diploma or GED preferred; medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a four-day work week are provided.

The Role

We're looking for a Welder Trainee to join our production team. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade and build a real career – no welding experience required. You'll train directly under one of our experienced welders, and work your way toward becoming a skilled, independent welder on our production floor.
