Qualifications

• Ability to certify a 3G test using 3/8 Plate and 1/16 wire.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• AWS D1.1 certification preferred.
• Rigging and material handling knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, fitters, and other team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.
• Report any material defects, drawing discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to supervision immediately.
