Position Summary

Zurn - in Caddo Mills, TX, is looking for an experienced Welder to join our team. We're seeking a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a long-term candidate seeking secure and rewarding employment.

Responsibilities

1. Weld, fabricate, and finish projects according to customer specifications.
2. Interpret and read engineering drawings, blueprints, and shop orders to trim, weld, and assemble products.
3. Operate welding and fabricating equipment including TIG, MIG, Plasma, Electric, and Acetylene welding technologies.
4. Cut and journal rods, knock down chain, perform setup, and operate various metalworking equipment such as drills, drill presses, shears, brakes, saws, and Yoder.
5. Move materials and assemble components.
6. Check all work for quality.
7. Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job.
