We are seeking a versatile Welder to support pipeline operations and other responsibilities within our organization. This role involves working with all aspects of pipeline welding and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to industry codes and standards
  • Perform all phases of pipeline welding, including branch connections, sleeves, hot taps, fabrication, and in-service welding
  • Select appropriate materials, fittings, and welding rods
  • Maintain welding equipment
  • Obtain and uphold ET welder qualifications
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules
  • Read maps and utilize GPS technology
  • Interpret drawings, schematics, alignment sheets, and P&ID diagrams
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all activities
  • Operate and maintain natural gas pipelines
  • Perform additional OQ tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Maintain ET welder qualifications
Experience Levels

Experience requirements vary by level:

  • Level C: 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Level B: 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Level A: 4+ years of relevant experience
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent driving, walking, and standing
  • Exposure to weather, chemicals, and loud machinery
  • Use of personal protective equipment required in industrial settings
